Diane comes from a background in Fitness Training and has been teaching since 1989. She first discovered Pilates in 1998 and trained in London to teach mat work. This introduction to the method made her keen to learn more, so she continued to study with various Pilates organisations and practitioners of movement within the UK.
She came to Polestar in 2003 for the Studio Course and set up a studio at her home in Caterham, Surrey, where she has been busy teaching since. She has mentored for the Polestar Studio series in London since 2005, helping many students to reach the standard for exam certification. In 2009 she was appointed as a Polestar Educator. She currently educates on the Polestar comprehensive (studio and rehabilitation) course, teaches Polestar Principles course and other workshops to support the programmes. She is also a Franklin Method level 1 teacher and brings these skills to her teaching of movement.
